With a degree in Intelligence Studies, Robert studied to work for the federal government as an intelligence analyst. Robert Moul was born in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania outside Philadelphia. His Father worked for EDS at the time and Robert moved around quite frequently living in Georgia, Maryland, Virginia, Texas, England, Hong Kong and Australia. During these travels, Robert was very fortunate to experience a whole new world of people and cultures. His favorite was Hong Kong! Stemming from his Father’s experience in the IT arena, Robert quickly learned his way around the computer, teaching himself to program and starting his own web site design business at 13.
Quickly realizing a 9-5 desk job wasn’t going to work for his energetic and outgoing personality, Robert moved to South Carolina in 2007 to pursue a sales management career with a newly established franchise of a national retailer. He initially started out making deliveries as the operations manager and quickly fell in love with the style of the homes in the Lowcountry area.
He attributes his success to hard work, persistence and ultimately negotiation; as well as the families of the military and wonderful Sun City. As a result of this success, he quickly became the District Manager and eventually reached his peak potential as the Franchise Manager of 7 store locations before leaving the company to pursue real estate. Under his direction and leadership, within 5 years the company grew from $2 to $10 Million in annual revenue and 1 to 7 stores. His passions for meeting new people, sales and technology have solidified his next goal of becoming the top producing real estate agent in the area.
Robert plans to start a family here with his beautiful wife from Colombia, South America, whom he married in 2012 with a romantic ceremony at the Waterside Chapel on the May River and exquisite reception in the grand ballroom of the River House at Palmetto Bluff, his favorite community.
