Since 2014
Moul, REALTORS® officially opened its doors in Bluffton, South Carolina in January 2021—but the vision began years earlier. Founder and Broker-in-Charge Robert Moul started his real estate career in 2014 with a clear belief that the industry could work better. Frustrated by outdated systems, excessive paperwork, and slow-moving processes, he set out to build a more efficient, technology-forward experience for clients. After becoming a top-producing agent nationwide within a large franchise, Robert earned his South Carolina Broker License in 2018 and began laying the groundwork for something of his own. In 2021, that vision became Moul, REALTORS®—an independent brokerage built on modern tools, smarter systems, and full control over delivering a better real estate experience.

The first phase began with a full renovation of our downtown Bluffton office—introducing a modern color palette, updated signage, and a refreshed exterior that brought the building to life. Inside, we partnered with award-winning Kelly Caron Designs to create a space that was both highly functional and thoughtfully designed. With the foundation set, the focus shifted to what mattered most next: building the team.
