Robert has called the Lowcountry home since 2007, moving from Erie Pennsylvania in the middle of a blizzard with his car packed with everything he owned. Coming from a place that had 2 seasons: Winter and August, Robert fell in love with the incredible year round weather and beauty the Lowcountry has to offer.

Robert received his B.A. from Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pennsylvania in Intelligence Studies, a degree with a focus on research, analysis and history. He attributes his success in real estate to his ability to research the market and better understand the past and today’s market to help his sellers and buyers. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his son Robbie and his beautiful wife Sandra from Colombia, South America, whom he married in 2012 with a romantic ceremony at the Waterside Chapel on the May River followed by an exquisite reception in the grand ballroom of the River House at Palmetto Bluff, his favorite community.

Robert is one of the top producing Weichert® affiliated real estate agents in the country earning the prestigious & highest level Chairman’s Club Award in 2019 for his sales production and earning the title of the #5 Agent Nationwide out of 6700+. Previously, Robert also received the President’s Cup Award for his sales production in 2016, 2017 and 2018, achieving top 1% of agents nationwide. In 2018, Robert earned his Broker license for the state of South Carolina. In 2017, Robert was the Top Selling Agent By Volume (Buyers) for the entire Southeastern Region. For his sales production in 2015, Robert earned the Ambassador’s Cup Award and was named Rookie of the Year for the entire Weichert Southeastern Broker Council.

With a degree in Intelligence Studies, Robert studied to work for the federal government as an intelligence analyst. His focus was on research and analysis, the ability to use his research skills to uncover information and then analyze it to his benefit. Before real estate, Robert worked in retail for many years as a sales manager and understands the power of negotiation. I’ve been working with Robert the past 3+ years. He never gave up helping us find the perfect home to fit our wants and needs. Even when we pulled out of the original home we found due to personal reasons, Robert was there when we were ready to look again.
