How Does it Work?

Lender restrictions apply by law if using a mortgage – depending on the type of loan there are limits to the total amount you can receive. The rebate amount is also limited by how much the seller contributes towards your closing costs and prepaids. On a new construction home, seller contributions from the builder include price adjustment incentives, and closing cost incentives. For example, VA Loans are MAX 4% of the purchase price for seller contributions and Conventional Loans are typically 3% of the purchase price.
