Great homebuying experience! Robert is a true professional. When my husband and I were first considering a move to Bluffton, we met with Robert. He gathered information about us and presented a number of homes in the area for a possible match. He then provided information on new home developments which we hadn’t even considered. After visiting the developments, we decided that the new home experience met our needs best. Throughout the construction, Robert was present at every meeting with the builder and visited the site when we were unable to, and provided a video recording of the progress. The absolute best realtor ever!!! We recently had the pleasure of working with an outstanding realtor!!! We cannot recommend his services highly enough. Robert Moul is deeply knowledgeable about the local market and genuinely passionate about helping clients find their dream homes.What stood out most was his attention to detail. He truly took the time to understand our preferences, needs, and budget, and tailored the property searches accordingly. We moved from NE PA due to employment so had very little knowledge of the communities. During our 4 day trip to view communities and look at available homes, Robert was amazing!!! We actually enjoyed the trip…thanks to Robert. He critiqued each listing that we presented and provided valuable insights about the neighborhood, schools, and amenities.

Great realtor & great Hero’s program! I worked with Robert to purchase my home. LOVE THE HEROS PROGRAM (MORE MONEY FOR ME, ask Robert about it!) I purchased my home without being at the location as I’m military. Thankfully Robert was super detailed in all the videos he sent me. He was even honest about the things he didn’t like and didn’t think would be a good idea. It’s better to have an honest person instead of someone who just wants the sale. Any and all questions I had, he answered. He try’s not to respond during late hours (as he has a family) but regardless he is still contactable if you need him and will reply during some of those later hours. Overall he is a good guy and made my home buying experience pretty smooth and easy. He did most of the dirty work with as in looking into HOA things for me, figuring out problems with the different homes, etc. Highly recommend. – 6/22/2025

Highly Recommend! Robert and his team helped us sell 4 new construction houses in a Bluffton neighborhood all within 16 days of being on the market. They hosted open houses everyday to bring in traffic and his marketing was incredible! As a nationwide builder it was a unique circumstance to hire an outside real estate brokerage to help us finish selling the neighborhood, but they got it done as promised! We read information about having a realtor represent your interest since the sales team in a 55+ community represents the community not you. We are very happy we did. Robert was very knowledgeable about our home and community. When we were not able to reach the sales staff he would assist and helped us stay informed. He was able to hook us up with an inspector as well. Robert was easy to reach for questions. He took pictures of the progress while we were still living in Florida. He walked us through closing.
