Yes! I have represented many buyers when they are building new construction in the area. It’s free to have a buyer’s agent! I will attend crucial meetings (Pre-construction, Pre-Drywall, Final Walk) and help negotiate to get you the best deal possible.
What areas do you work?
I cover all of Beaufort county. That is Hilton Head Island, Bluffton and Beaufort. I am a member of both MLS systems that cover the county.
